We use your information primarily to process your order, so we know where to send the order confirmation, the despatch note and, of course, the goods. We hate the idea of sharing your information with anyone. However some sharing is inevitable. For example we have to share your details with our payment providers, when your payment is processed. We have to give out some of your details, your address and telephone numbers, to couriers for delivery purposes. We have also in the past put a supplier directly in touch with a customer when we had a problem that we could not sort out ourselves.

We will never though disclose, rent, trade or sell your personal data to any third party for their marketing purposes.

It is possible, sometime in the future, that we will sell Primary Colours. Information about you would then be passed onto the new owners. It is also possible that we may have to disclose personal information if asked to by the police or the courts.
