No Mess Christmas Tree Decorations For Kids

With just a few office supplies, you can make a no mess Christmas tree with your child that’s great fun and looks brilliant as part of your festive display.

Cut two identical pine tree shapes out of green coloured card (this example was made from a recycled torn file folder!)

Invite your child to stick colour-coding labels all over them. This is a really fun part for a child and they look fantastic as tree baubles! It is also great for fine motor skills.

To make your tree stand upright, cut a slit from the bottom up to the middle of one tree, and another slit from the top to the middle of the other tree.

Slide the pieces into the place, and add a sticky note star to the top for a nice finishing touch!
