Shipping

We charge £5 for post and packing for orders less than £100.  Above £100, it’s free.

We tend to use Royal Mail although we occasionally use other couriers such as UPS or DPD if the Post Office is closed. We will use a 48 hour delivery service, tracked but not ‘signed for’.

If you are not going to be in when the postman or courier arrives and you don’t have anywhere safe where your parcel can be left, please consider having your parcel sent to one of Evri’s parcel shops which are often open after normal working hours.  To do this, please click on the ‘Pickup Point’ button on the top left of the checkout page and enter your postcode.  A list of the nearest Evri parcel shops will then come up. We will despatch your order to whichever one you choose.

When we package orders, we try to re-use any packaging materials we have to hand rather than use brand new packaging each time.  So, whilst your order will be packaged securely, it may not look very elegant.

Local customers are welcome to pick orders up from the shop.  Please give us an hour or two to get it ready.

 

Sadly our insurers won’t let us send goods outside the UK.

 

 

Please note we can not guarantee delivery times as, once we pass your parcel to Royal Mail or a courier, it is out of our hands.  Sometimes things do get delayed so please allow 4 working days (preferably strike-free days) after receiving our despatch email before asking us to check it out with the carrier.  If something is delayed or lost in transit, the limitation of our liability is the purchase price of the goods.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your delivery instructions.  If you give us an incorrect delivery address (including post code), we are not liable if you do not receive the goods or if they are delayed.  Similarly, if you give us special delivery instructions (for example, leave with neighbour or in garage), it will be your responsibility if the goods are lost or damaged as a result your instructions being followed.  Once the goods have been delivered to you, they are at your risk and we will not be liable for any damage to them.
